    My Story

    Hi- my name is John Fischel (Ofischel- cute huh?) and I am the founder and owner of Your Ofischel Fractional Controller. I have spent the last 30+ years functioning as a Controller for a handful of small businesses and nonprofits just like yours.


    Now, I'm turning that considerable experience and skillset on those same kinds of organizations (again, like yours) that don't need a full-time Controller and definitely don't need the cost. 


    That skillset includes:

    • Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
    • Cash forecasting

    • Automation
    • Audit support
